Some people might be too complacent but you do not have to follow them just because they are able to properly divert their attention then and there. You must consider some steps to consider so you would not have a problem if anxiety attacks you. Besides, these tips are definitely easy to follow.

The first thing you must do is to stop whatever you are doing. Sometimes, you are too focused on your work and that could affect you in many ways. If anxiety is really attacking you, you must at least be prepared. It could only mess up your work which is frustrating since it decreases productivity.

Stay in a quiet place or isolated room near you. Sometimes or most of the time, being with others can be very stressful and it worsens your anxiety. Thus, it shall be made sure that you go to a room and think. That way, the trembling would not be that worse and it also slows your heartbeat a bit.

Then, breathe. Never forget to breathe. This is one of the most important things to do. Some forget about this and that is why their situation gets worse. You do not want it to happen to you especially if you still have a lot of things to do. It must be highly considered for it is one effective solution.

You also have to clear your mind. Breathing and clearing mind are two different things. It should be best to at least clear your negative thoughts. That can affect you in many ways which should be your motivation to keep this list and have it readied in case something happens. Always know this.

If you have your phone with you, try watching happy or funny videos such as dogs or cats playing around. That would somehow help and it diverts your attention too. You must only make sure to do this without rushing too much. Take it a bit slowly and follow the things mentioned above.

That way, it would never go wrong. You can even use a stress ball which is what others doo. It allows them to squeeze something and relieve their stress. This somehow calm others down which must be a good reason to have it. Others do not know about this but now they will.

Lastly, talk with someone. This is probably the most effective one of all. Thus, you shall seek for a friend and share some of your fears. Them, listening to it would calm you at the very least.
